Description
Lords Hill Farm accommodation consists of 2 double en-suite rooms, with hallway and front door. The property is suitable for a walking disability as both rooms are situated on the ground floor in an annexe to our house, the hallway also leads to a guest lounge. However the property would not be suitable for persons who are confined to a wheelchair.

Arrival/Car Parking
Car parking is available at the front of the house with spaces for 4 cars, this area is stone. Walking to the house is a short distance to a shallow step onto the front porch followed by a fairly steep step into the house due to plastic door frame, however a second shallow step can be made available if requested.
Entrance Hall, Guest Rooms and Lounge.
All the guest area is carpeted, including the bathrooms. The bathrooms have large showers with shallow steps, making them easy to enter and use. Shower mats are available.
The guest lounge is also used for breakfast. The cereals are self service. Cooked breakfasts and hot drinks are served.
Vegetarian diets catered for, and Jane will endeavour to assist with any other special dietary requirements if requested at time of booking.
A patio door in the lounge leads onto a small patio with a steep step.
Special assistance will be given to guests who are visually impaired/hard of hearing.
