The 'blue' room is situated

at the front of the house

overlooking the garden and

pond.

Both rooms have tea/coffee making

facilities (fresh milk is always provided),

colour television, alarm clock radio and

hair dryer. Towelling robes are to be

found in the wardrobes.

Both bathrooms have a large walk-in

shower. There is a shaver point, with

a light, bath sheets and hand towels,

and a selection of toiletries

including, soaps, shower gels, shampoos

and shower caps.

 The 'green' room is situated

at the rear of the house.

Facing south it has a warm and sunny

position, with an outlook over the

back garden and fields.

Visitors are welcome to use

the guests' lounge, relaxing and

enjoying the views over the Avon Valley.

Or in the Summer sitting out on the patio

off the lounge.

Breakfast is also served in the lounge.

The front garden also has a patio area

and seating by the pond, which

guests are welcome to use and

enjoy the wildlife.
