‘How it all started’

Jane and her husband Ian have lived at Lords Hill Farm since 1985 and his family have farmed here since 1936. Having rooms available for B&B use and with their two children being more independent Jane began a B&B business to diversify. After three successful years Jane applied for a grant under the Rural Enterprise Scheme to build more accommodation and so expand her business. The application was successful and in June 2003 Jane's new accommodation was ready and
soon in use.

Farmhouse side viewLords Hill Farm is situated on a quiet country lane just off the Fosse Way surrounded by green pastures with views over the Avon Valley. With the A45 just 1˝ miles away, Lords Hill Farm is ideally situated for visitors looking for accommodation in the countryside, yet with easy access to the motorway network.

The farmhouse is positioned away from the farm buildings and is surrounded by pleasant gardens with a large pond, there is a patio for guests’ use and ample off road parking is available at the front of the house.
